What does 'bioavailable' mean?
Bioavailable means your body can easily absorb and actually use the nutrients. We prioritize forms of vitamins and minerals that are gentle on digestion and effective because what you absorb matters more than what’s on the label.

Are Blyssminds products safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for pregnancy when taken as directed. That said, every pregnancy is different. we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider for personalized guidance if you are concerned.
Can I take Blyssminds while breastfeeding?
Yes. Blyssminds products are formulated to be breastfeeding-friendly and mindful of both mother and baby.
Are they safe to take with other supplements or medications?

Does Blyssminds help with perimenopause?
Blyssminds is not a hormone replacement and does not contain hormones. However, it is designed to support many of the cognitive and nervous-system challenges commonly experienced during perimenopause, such as brain fog, low mood, fatigue, disrupted rest, and increased stress sensitivity. Our formulas support the gut–brain axis, stress response, nutrient repletion, and nervous system regulation — all of which can feel strained during hormonal transitions. Is Blyssminds a hormone-balancing supplement?
No. Blyssminds does not alter or replace hormones. Instead, it supports the systems that help your body adapt to hormonal change, including brain function, nutrient status, and stress regulation.
Who should not take these products?
If you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medications, or have been advised to avoid certain nutrients, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Blyssminds products are formulated for adult women and are not intended for children due to the therapeutic levels of nutrients such as iron. This does not mean the products are unsafe for pregnancy or postpartum. Iron needs increase significantly during pregnancy and remain elevated during postpartum recovery, which is why iron is intentionally included at supportive levels for adult women.

HOW TO USE BALANCE & REST
How do I take BALANCE?
Take BALANCE in the morning as directed on the label (1/2 a dose if taking with REST in evening) or earlier in the day to support focus, mood, and cognitive energy. Mix with water, milk or your favourite smoothie.
How do I take REST?
Take REST in the evening as directed on the label (1/2 a dose if taking with BALANCE in morning)as part of your wind-down routine to support relaxation and nervous system regulation, without morning grogginess.
Can I take BALANCE and REST together?
Yes! They’re designed to work together as a full day-to-night ritual. When taking both, use ½ the recommended dose of BALANCE in the morning and ½ the recommended dose of REST in the evening.
Why does the bundle last 30 days instead of 15?
Because you’re using half doses of each product when taken together. This turns each 15-serving container into a full 30-day supply, making the bundle both effective and cost-efficient.
How long before I feel results?
Some people notice subtle shifts in mood, focus, or rest within the first 1–2 weeks, while others experience more noticeable benefits after consistent use over 4-6 weeks. Consistency is key.
